Where are you based?
We're based out of Milperra, NSW. It is near Revesby & Bankstown, in Western Sydney. But remember, fitness isn’t a destination, it’s a way of life.
Can I see a demo of the class?
Yes, you can watch us kick through obstacles like a champ. Sweat, strength, and striking power—kickboxing at its best.
What do I need to bring?
You can start with minimal equipment, such as comfortable workout clothes and bottle of water! For subsequent lessons bring your own hand wraps and gloves, and master the art of striking—one session at a time
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, it's encouraged. Sweat now, shine later.
Can my family members train together?
Yes, ask us about a Family Discount and tell your family member to train insane or remain the same!
Do you accept NSW Active & Creative Kids Voucher?
Yes, if it means we can unleash the fighter within.
What if I can’t keep up with the workouts?
It’s important to listen to your body and go at your own pace. If you need to take breaks or modify the exercises, that’s okay. The key is to stay consistent and keep moving.
What if cardio kickboxing is new to me?
We all start from somewhere. With kickboxing, it's the never-ending journey to mastery. We're here to help unleash your inner fighter—kick, punch, repeat!
What if I just want to punch, not kick?
Sure, as long as you get a good workout we'll adapt to punches only. Victory is earned with every drop of sweat.
What if I need to arrive a little later, or leave a little early?
No worries! We understand life and work happens, so just let us know.
